A Japanese vinyl edition of the original soundtrack for “Star Wars / Return of the Jedi” is released as a completely limited production! It comes with a Japan original jacket and an obi, and the record is released on green-colored vinyl for the first time! The original soundtrack for “Star Wars Episode 6 / Return of the Jedi” released in Japan in July 1983 (directed by Richard Marquand). Composed by John Williams. It includes “Lapti Nek,” “Ewok Parade,” and “Ewok Celebration,” which are used in the film at the time of release but are no longer used from the 1997 Special Edition. You can also hear “The Emperor’s Theme” and “Luke and Leia.” Based on the 1983 soundtrack, Shawn Murphy and Skywalker Sound remaster the audio sources, and it adopts the 192kHz / 24bit master released in 2018. Japan original project. *Because the album jacket design uses poster art from the time of the theatrical release, the Japanese title notation differs from the current one.
