You also get a switchable low-cut filter for rolling off unwanted low-frequency rumbles and noises, and a switchable -10 dB input pad for taming extremely high SPLs. The transformerless FET circuitry provides low-noise performance, while the gold-plated XLR output maintains signal integrity and avoids corrosion. With a satin nickel-plated brass body, this mic will stand up to the test of time.
