Everyday Life is Coldplay’s eighth studio album — a bold, genre-blending double album that explores themes of humanity, conflict, unity, and spirituality. Divided into two parts, “Sunrise” and “Sunset,” the album marks a significant artistic shift from their mainstream pop sound, embracing orchestral, gospel, soul, Middle Eastern, and African musical influences.

Lyrically introspective and globally conscious, Everyday Life sees Coldplay addressing political issues (war, police brutality, racism), while also meditating on love, mortality, and hope. It’s their most experimental and socially aware project to date.
